When will my order ship?

Your order will ship within 24 hours after it's placed, and will typically arrive within 1-3 business days.

How do I return or exchange an item?

New, unopened items may be returned to us in the original packaging for a full refund (minus shipping) within 14 day of receipt. A valid RMA# is required before a return label is provided. Once the returned item has been received by us and inspected, the refund will be applied to the original payment method (if approved).

Defective and/or damaged items can usually be replaced for an identical item directly through us within 14 days of receipt. Certain items/brands require customer to obtain support directly through the manufacturer. Whichever case, we will facilitate the entire process and ensure that you receive the item you paid for.

Used items are typically sold as-is, unless otherwise indicated, and may not be returned or exchanged unless the item is received in a condition or manner that is significantly different from the item description (i.e. item was listed as blue and the item received is red). 

If you are otherwise un-satisfied with an order for any reason what-so-over, please let us knowwe'll take of you - if something is the right thing to do, we do it!

- ALL returns or exchanges through us require a valid RMA number. No returns will be accepted without a valid RMA. Any goods received without an RMA may be forfeit!

Can I pickup my order or bring my guitar in for service or possible trade?

Our warehouse is not open to the public, but local pickup or drop-off can certainly be arranged. Customers local to West Windsor, NJ or willing to travel may contact us to arrange an appointment. We also offer pickup and delivery services to certain customers with 10mi of our location - if you're in the next town over, we'll come to you!
